Dr. Véronique Niesing
Naturopathic Doctor
Born and raised in Sudbury, Dr. Véronique Niesing easily came to the decision that she would open her naturopathic medical practice here in Sudbury. After completing her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences at Laurentian University, Dr. Vé studied naturopathic medicine at CCNM, the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, in Toronto.
In addition to a solid foundation in biochemical sciences (anatomy, physiology, microbiology, immunology, biochemistry, embryology, public health), Dr. Vé also studied the diverse naturopathic modalities that constitute the tools of the profession. These skills combined with Dr. Vé’s personable and empathetic approach to ensure that her patients receive the best possible care and attention as they journey towards the best version of themselves. Dr. Vé is registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. She is also a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
Dr. Vé is happy to offer your appointment in French or in English.
What is Naturopathic Medicine?
Naturopathic medicine is a distinct primary health care system built on a patient-centred approach that emphasizes prevention, treatment, and optimal health through the use of therapeutic methods to support the body's natural ability. Naturopathic medicine aims at identifying and treating the root cause of your health concern using effective, natural, non-invasive, and scientifically-proven solutions including acupuncture, botanical medicine, lifestyle & diet counselling, and professional supplements. Naturopathic medicine is for people of all ages and health histories who want to take their health into their own hands.
