Sébastien, a native of Sudbury, developed a strong connection with his hometown as he was born and raised there. He pursued his undergraduate studies at Laurentian University, where he attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. Intrigued by the intricacies of the human body, he dedicated himself to the field of exercise physiology and successfully defended his thesis, earning a Master's degree in Human Kinetics from the same university.

Sébastien's interest with the human body stemmed from his active participation in various sports during his formative years, most notably hockey. He showcased his skills as a player for the local Jr A team, and concurrently represented Laurentian University's varsity hockey team throughout his undergraduate and master's studies.
Now a registered Kinesiologist and Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, Sébastien is committed to evaluating and restoring bodily movement. He has been practicing Osteopathy since 2019.

His educational background has provided him with a great comprehension of how the human body functions, drawing from both personal experiences and academic knowledge. Seb is currently practicing as a registered Kinesiologist and an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner.
